Michelle has over 20 years of administration and customer service experience working across various industries. She holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, Diploma of Mortgage Broking and is a Licensed Estate Agent, which has enabled her to assist our clients and staff with her broad range of knowledge across property and investment matters.
Michelle is passionate about ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and assisting our team to continually improve. She runs all aspects of the day to day business including Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. She loves working within the Real Estate Industry and implementing systems and procedures to ensure Advantage continues to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Michelle spent 10 years performing in Musical Theatre as a dancer and still loves to keep fit outside of work. She is busy raising two young children whilst enjoying all that Melbourne has to offer in the way of restaurants, parks and of course attending the theatre when ever she gets the chance.
