8 White Street, Glen Iris – This 3 bedroom weatherboard renovated house which we bid on for a client sold at auction with four bidders pushing the price up. The property was declared on the market at $2,100,000, however the bidding continued and the property was sold under the hammer for $2,275,000.  Click here.

 

9/28 Stanhope Street, West Footscray – This 2 bedroom unit was fully renovated and included a courtyard. It attracted bids from 3 buyers and the property passed in at $540,000 but was sold after auction for $550,000. Click here.
