Market Update 12th May 2020
By | 12th May 20

Although us Victorians didn’t get a chance to enjoy normal Mother’s Day festivities and see the restrictions relaxed it looks like it won’t be far off before Daniel Andrews will announce another relaxation of the restrictions. Great news for the property industry was allowing open for inspections and auctions of up to 10 people and will hopefully this will assist vendors in getting good results.

Our Vendor Advocacy clients have been getting some solid results. We had three interested parties make offers for a un-renovated house in Huntingdale which sold for $1,035,000, well above the $900,000 - $990,000 price range and we were delighted to see another Vendor Advocacy client sell their un-renovated 2 bedroom unit in Embankment Grove, Chelsea  for $600,000 we had interest from three parties who were all First Home buyers, after we purchased this unit through our Group Blocks strategy only last year for only $475,000. So the buyers are still out there but there's not as many of them.
