Melbourne property market continues its comeback after lockdown. Melbourne clearance rates have consistently been over 80% since the property market returned to normal business in Melbourne. The weekend's clearance rate was 74% from 727 auctions. We are seeing strong demand for family homes as we saw with a massive result in Kingswood Drive, Dingley Village where a house sold for $1,402,000 with four bidders pushing well above the $1,250,000 reserve.

After the disappointment of missing out on all five properties on The Block last weekend and missing out on some for myself personally, it was exciting to buy my next Elwood home for $1.3 million less than the Block sales. After living in Elwood for the last 20 years, it’s great to stay in this beautiful suburb for my next chapter in life.
