Melbourne’s property market had a much lower volume compared to last year with only 576 auctions and a clearance rate of 79%.This is much lower compared to this time last year when 817 auctions took place with a 76% clearance rate. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the strongest auction results on the weekend was the sale of 52 Milpera Crescent in Wantirna which sold for $3,900,000. The five bedroom house on 650m2 had a wow factor with views over the Dandenong Ranges and was partially renovated.

Another strong result on the weekend was the sale of 4A Evelina Road in Toorak which sold for $3,960,000. The property was quoted at $3,500,000 plus and had four bedrooms and three bathrooms and those family accommodation which attracted families.
