2/1A Affleck St, South Yarra - Caro and Kingi’s property was sold on the last series of The Block in November 2015 and achieved a sale price of $1,735,000. Last weekend, four bidders including a downsizer fought for the keys and the property sold for $1,722,000 by the downsizer. This time around the property was sold without the furniture, which was included when sold originally. 82 Hertford Rd, Sunshine - A two bedroom house on 600 sqm land had six bidders fighting it out at auction. The final price was $688,000, which was $88,000 above the reserve price.
