9 Ameily Crescent, Reservoir- Three bedroom house near Edward Lake sold at auction for $810,000. There were four bidders fighting it out at auction and a young family won the keys in the end.
5/24 Wright Street Clayton - Two bedroom updated apartment with large courtyard sold through our Vendor Advocacy service for $428,000. The property was purchased through our Groups Blocks strategy for $275,000 in 2012.
1/81 Derby Street Kew – Two bedroom apartment with courtyard was purchased for our home buyer client for $752,000 before auction without any auction competition.
14 Rochester Drive, Thomastown – Three bedroom house on 542sqm approx. of land sold for $641,500. Four bidders included investors and first home buyers.
1 & 2/36 Marland Road, Boronia - Two four bedroom houses on one title with approximately 1200 sqm of land. The property was passed in at auction and now looking at the reserve around $1,000,000.
1-8/404 Whitehorse Road, Surrey Hills – Eight 2 bedroom apartments on 860sqm of land approx. Sold at auction for $4,000,000 which represents $500,000 each.
76 Cedar Street, Thomastown– Three bedroom house on 689sqm land approx. sold for $735,500. 3 bidders including 2 developers and an investor fought for the keys as there were permits for 3 townhouses already approved through Council.
