It's been a busy time in the Advantage Office and we are gearing up for an exciting 2018 with these staff updates.

Staff Update

It's been a busy time in the Advantage Office over the Holiday Season and we are gearing up for an exciting 2018.  In the office there have been a number of changes to our team as we continue to evolve.

Owners Corporation 

This department continues to go from strength to strength with us taking on our biggest building in late 2017.  We were sad to farewell Bronwyn after many years of working in both the Buyer’s Agent and Owners Corporation areas but congratulate Natasha Green for stepping into this role. Natasha has been an integral part of our Property Management team for the last eight years and she is looking forward to this new challenge to assist Ronald Perrera and our clients.

Property Management 

This department has been extra busy and we have finalised a number of staffing changes.

After eight years in our team, Brant Williams made the decision to pursue his own goals and we wish him all the best in his new endeavours.

Chloe Zhangi joined the team taking over Myrine's portfolio after Myrine retired to spend more time with her new grandchildren. Chloe has already received many testimonials from her clients and continues to show her high level of expertise and negotiation skills when dealing with her clients.

Laura Braun has taken on the role of our Team Leader and she also finished off 2017 by finalising her studies. She is now proudly a fully licensed Estate Agent. Congratulations Laura on these two achievements!

Karen Knight is also in the final steps of finalising her full license in Victoria which will mean a trifecta for her as she has previously achieved full license status in other states.

Melissa Murphy has returned from maternity leave in her role as Trust Bookkeeper and we welcome her back.

And finally, we would like to introduce Alisha Cavallaro and Joelle Exon to the team as Assistant Property Managers supporting our team.  Both have previously worked as Property Managers and have extensive experience in managing properties.

Buyers Agent / Vendors Advocate 

We have started the year on a strong note with many investors looking for property in what is sure to be another successful year in the Melbourne Market.

Frank and Tracy continue to assist their many clients and we welcome Paul Murphy to the team.  Paul has over 30 years’ experience in Property Sales and investing and is looking forward to assisting his clients with their buying needs.

Finally, we farewell Erin Jones and wish her all the best as Crystal Linter returns as Franks Business Manager after twelve months on Maternity leave. 

As you can see, it’s been a busy time but we are all set for an amazing 2018 with a team that is stronger than ever and ready to assist our clients with all their property needs.
