Advantage Property Consulting director Frank Valentic said the unrenovated three-bedroom Richmond Hill house on 364sq m fetched $3.01 million after competition between five bidders.
“It got a really big result for price per square metre. It was a semi-detached double-fronted house that was pretty run down. You would have to spend a lot on a renovation,” he said.
