This was one of our Vendor Advocacy listings with a crowd of one hundred and six bidders and another three or four didn’t get a chance to put their hand up. The property sold for $1,330,000 which was $130,000 over reserve. Our clients bought it for $173,000 back in 2001 when it was brand new so in sixteen years they have had some great growth.
