5/18-20 Charnwood Road, St Kilda - A renovated 2 bedroom art deco apartment without parking was passed in at auction for $550,000 with a reserve of $580,000. We purchased whole block for client last year for around $410,000 each.
3/429 Brunswick Road, Brunswick West – This unrenovated 2 bedroom townhouse on a main road sold $40,000 above reserve with four bidders fighting for it, selling for $590,000.
347 Canning Street, Carlton North – Three bedroom house on 240 sqm of land in blue chip location sold for $1,735,000 with two bidders competing strongly.
129 Miller Street Fitzroy North – Three bedroom house on about 245 sqm of land that required some renovation sold for $1,584,000. Four bidders pushed the price $144,000 above reserve.
