2/40 Hopetoun Avenue, Brunswick West – Two bedroom villa unit sold through our Vendor Advocacy service for $460,000. We had purchased for our client back in 2004 for $226,500.
1-5/23 Clovelly Avenue, Glenroy – Block of five 2 bedroom villa units purchased for $1,550,000 in an “off market” transaction for only $310,000 each. Purchased well below Glenroy’s medium unit price of $520,000 for a repeat investor client.
45 Mawby Road, Bentleigh East – Updated home sold for $1,315,000 under strong competition from six bidders. A young family won the keys and paid $235,000 above the reserve.
7 Beacon Road, Port Melbourne – Three bedroom Mirvac townhouse passed in for $1.6 million and sold straight afterwards for $1,615,000.
12 Remuera Street, Caulfield South – A rundown house on a large block of land (983 sqm approximately) sold for $1,750,000 with interest from two parties.
33/69 Palmer Street, Richmond – Modern one bedroom apartment sold for $452,000 after auction and was purchased for $448,000 in 2013.
