Four bidders fighting for the keys and we were delighted to assist our Vendor Advocacy client on achieving a great result. It sold $33,750 above the last sale in the building in March 2018.
9/29 Dalgety Street, St Kilda – Two bedroom well-appointed apartment sold to a first home buyer for $520,000 and we were pleased to assist our Vendor Advocacy client after we purchased for them initially.
3/33 Neptune Street, St Kilda – Two bedroom Deco apartment sold for $635,000 after auction for our Vendor Advocacy client. We purchased for our client in 2013 for $412,500.
7 East Street, Reservoir – Three bedroom townhouse in the prestigious Oakhill Estate sold for $701,000 which was purchased only 6 months ago for $810,00.
3/56 Byron Street, Elwood – Ground floor one bedroom apartment with a private courtyard garden sold under strong auction competition for $451,000, Last sale in the building was only 5 months ago and sold for $425,000.
