43-45 Brougham Street, North Melbourne – Block of four one-bedroom apartments with some land content sold for $2,625,000, $225,000 over reserve with two bidders.

6 Clay Avenue, Hoppers Crossing -  An updated home sold for $591,500 with four investor bidders. Sold well above the $525,000 that it was bought a year ago.

1/1263 High Street, Armadale – Updated three bedroom townhouse passed in on a vendor bid with reserve of $1.1 million. This property was purchased through our Group Block strategy for $650,000 five years ago.

1/75 Tyler Street, Preston – Two bedroom updated unit purchased through our Buyer’s Advocate services after auction for $595,000.

2/85 Caroline Street, South Yarra - One bedroom updated apartment sold for $453,000 thru our Vendor Advocacy service. It was purchased through our Group Block’s strategy for $354,000 three years ago.
