1 & 2/20 Hillside Avenue, Caulfield - Two Art Deco apartments on one block with 300sqm of land passed in through our Vendor Advocacy service for $1.5 million.
1-4/2 Moule Street Brunswick West - Block of 3 one bedroom and 1 two bedroom villa units sold for $1,573,000. It sold for $73,000 above reserve with four bidders fighting it out and well above our Group Block Purchase budget.
31 North Oatlands Road, Yarrambat – Four bedroom family home on 2.6 acres block was purchased for an upsizing young family for $1,450,000. We were up against stiff competition from two other buyers.
6 Agnes Street, Thornbury – Two bedroom home on a small 144sqm block passed in for $820,000 and was sold to a second time buyer for $851,000 who beat another investor to the keys.
17 Davis Street, Carlton North – A one bedroom house on small 104 sqm block of land sold for $966,000 with three bidders pushing it past the $950,000 reserve.
4/183 Kerr Street, Fitzroy – A two bedroom warehouse conversion apartment passed in on a vendor bid of $1 million with a reserve of $1.1 million.
