8/1421 High Street, Glen Iris – Two bedroom updated apartment sold of $615,000. There was strong bidding between two first home buyers and sold well above the $570,000 reserve.
11 Manchester Grove, Glen Huntly – Two bedroom unrenovated semi-detached house passed in at auction for $940,000 and then sold afterward for $960,000 to the only bidder.
14 Burrell Street, McCrae – A 743 sqm block of land passed in at auction on a vendor bid of $800,000 with a reserve of $875,000.
15 Westminster Street, Balwyn – An updated five bedroom family home passed in at auction on a vendor bid of $2.1 million with a reserve of $2.3 million.
3/22 Darling Street, South Yarra – Two bedroom apartment sold through our Vendor Advocacy service for $510,000. The property was purchased through our Group Blocks strategy in 2013 for $405,315.
11 Bernard Street Cheltenham – A house on 625 sqm of land passed in at auction for $850,000 on a vendor bid.
20/24-26 Milton Street, Elwood – Two bedroom apartment sold before auction through our Vendor Advocacy service for $610,000. It sold well above a $550,000 - $590,000 quoting range.
