15/23 Baxter Street, Coburg - Two bedroom updated apartment sold for $440,000 through our Vendor Advocacy service. It was purchased through our Group Block Purchase for our investor client for $300,000 in 2010.
302 Gillies Street Thornbury - Three bedroom house on 809sqm of land sold through our Vendor Advocacy service for $1,530,000. We had two bidders and we were able to negotiate the highest bidder up from the passed in of $1,465,000, up $65,000 to the sale price.
54 Alexandra Street, South Yarra - Three bedroom house passed in and sold afterwards for $1,695,000 with two bidders. It was bought two years ago for $1,780,000. The owner would have lost some money!
19 Murphy Grove Preston - Three bedroom updated home on a good size block sold for $1,105,000, $95,000 over the reserve price. A couple in their 40s won the keys over young first home buyers and was the strongest result of the day.
59 Darebin Road, Thornbury – Three bedroom Californian Bungalow house on approximately 600sqm of land passed in at auction on a vendor bid of $1.1mil with a reserve of $1,195,000.
1/22 Howson Street, Brunswick – Two bedroom townhouse sold for $610,000 with three bidders. A First Home Buyer won the keys from two other bidders.
