12/10-12 Ida Street, Fitzroy North – Two bedroom updated apartment passed in through our Vendor Advocacy service for $564,500 with a reserve of $595,000. Was purchased through our Group Block purchase strategy for $393,000 in 2015.

1/7 Corhampton Road, Balwyn North - Two bedroom un-renovated original villa unit was sold for $1,120,000 at auction. A massive result as three bidders pushed well above the $745,000 reserve.

3 Saliba Court, Sunshine West – Three bedroom un-renovated house on irregular shaped 827 sqm block passed in for $610,000 with reserve undisclosed.  

10 Hoffman Street Cheltenham - Modern three bedroom townhouse on small 262 sqm block sold for $1,090,000.  Three bidders including a downsizer, investor and young couple push over the $890,000 - $930,000 quote.

45 Sim Street, Sandringham – Five bedroom house on 809sqm of land with bay view on good block sold for $2,310,000. Three bidders pushed the price well over the $1,850,000 – $2,000,000 quote.

300 Bank Street, South Melbourne - Two bedroom terrace style home sold for $1,201,000. There were three bidders with a reserve of $1,180,000.  A young couple who rented the property bought the property against downsizers and another young couple.
