7/25 Ashleigh Avenue, Frankston - Two bedroom modern townhouse sold through our Vendor Advocacy services for $497,000. It was purchased through our Group Block purchase in 2012 for $275,000.
3/82 Kelvinside Road, Noble Park - Two bedroom villa unit sold through our Vendor Advocacy service for $387,000. It was purchased through our Group Block purchase for $251,250 in 2011
17/145 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda – Two bedroom art deco apartment sold through our Vendor Advocacy service for $693,000.
1/19 Fisher Street, Malvern East – Two bedroom apartment with a large courtyard sold off market through our Vendor Advocacy service for $640,000. It was purchased through our Group Block purchase for $463,000 in 2012.
