The Melbourne property market passed another Super Saturday test with a strong 79% clearance rate from 1075 auctions. The Melbourne market has had some amazing growth in the last year and this was supported by our Vendor Advocacy sale of two houses on Bambra Road Caulfield South bought for $1.38 million last year and sold for a combined total of $1.88 million ($500,000 / 36% increase).

Melbourne’s middle Northern and Western suburbs are seeing unprecedented demand with another million dollar sale in Wilkinson Street Reservoir and seven million dollar sales in Sunshine, Sunshine North and Albion this year as the ripple effect pulls buyers outward to these suburbs between 12 and 15 kilometres from the city.
