If you arrange for a repair and it is not listed below as an emergency repair, the landlord may not be require to reimburse you for the costs.

  • Burst water service.
  • Gas leak.
  • Broken or blocked toilet.
  • Serious roof leak.
  • Dangerous electrical fault.
  • Flooding or flood damage.
  • Failure or loss of gas supply, electricity or water.
  • Serious storm or fire damage.
