Market Update 20th October 2020

Melbourne’s property market continues to see low stock levels and low auction numbers. There were only 113 auctions this weekend with a 75% clearance rate. This is a big drop on the previous year where this weekend had 912 auctions and most weekends In Spring from now would have over 1000 plus  Super Saturday auction weekends.

 

It is an exciting time of the year when The Block auctions are coming up with all five houses being advertised to be auctioned on the 21st of November.  It will be interesting to see the results of The Block properties and if they are effected by Covid times. We look forward to hopefully bidding for a number of local families on our 13th consecutive series in Melbourne.
