Suburb records continue to be smashed regularly in Melbourne’s property market last year. Albert Park saw a new record for a house at 73 St Vincent Place Southbon a large 1,445sq metre block which sold for a new suburb record of $15.1 million.

There were many suburb records smashed in the latter half of last year and a house at 54 Park Street, Moonee Ponds on 2,284sq metres achieved a new record. The 6 bedroom 7 bathroom home sold for a new suburb record of $12.5 million.
