A dilapidated house at 28 Barry St in Brunswick still attracted strong competition from six bidders and sold for $1,010,000. The boarded up house on 351m2 was unlivable and still smashed the $900,000 reserve.
Who would’ve thought we’d see close to a million dollar sale in Sunshine West many years ago? A house on 671m2 of land at 9 Dakara Place sold for $950,000 and had four bidders pushing the price well over the reserve. The sale netted the owners a considerable profit after purchasing it in 2015 for $511,500.
