Turn key period style homes with swimming pools are very popular with family buyers. Two families fought it out for 49 Essex Rd in Surrey Hills which sold for $2,150,000 with an upsizing family winning the keys.

One of the biggest sales for the weekend was 40 Yarravale Rd in Kew which sold for $3,050,000. The three bedroom two bathroom modern home on 371m2 sold strongly and it last sold in 2012 for $2,285,000.
