One of the strongest auction results was for a home in Cheltenham that is encircled by the Victoria Golf Club. The three bedroom house at 9 Beverley St sold for $1,634,000. This was well above the $1,400.000-$1,500,000 quote range with competitive bidding taking place and eventually a young family winning the keys over a competing young couple.

Another solid result from the weekend auctions was the sale of 17 Willowbank Rd in Fitzroy North. The four bedroom, one bathroom family home on 663m2 sold for $2,375,000 and netted the owners a considerable profit in six short years, after they had purchased in 2018 for $1,690,000.
