The strongest auction result on the weekend was a Georgian style home in Bournian Avenue, Strathmore. The 5 bedroom 5 bathroom massive 110 square house on 1,600sq metres sold for $5.3 million which would be one of the suburbs highest results.

It’s amazing to see how Northcote prices have gone when an unrenovated house at 125 Roberts Street just sold for $2.3 million. The 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house was only on 474sq metres and it was quoted at $2.1 million plus.
