One of the strongest results of the weekend was at 17 Cherry Street, Macleod which sold for $1,370,000. 5 bidders pushed it well over $380,000 over reserve.

Townhouses continue to get solid results in Melbourne’s middle suburbs as some buyers can not afford the extra land and cost with a house. A house at 2A Lemon Road, Balwyn North sold for $1,830,000, $230,00 over reserve with a number of bidders bidding strongly for the keys.
