One of the strongest auction results for the weekend was a Hamptons style property at 12 Lubrano St, Brighton East. The five bedroom, four bathroom renovated property with a pool sold for $3,365,000 on a 667m2 block.

The first home buyer end of the market is rock solid in Melbourne’s middle suburbs. A house at 7 Chapman Ave, Thomastown sold for $642,000 with five bidders pushing it well above the $540,000 plus quote range.
