Melbourne’s property market had another consistent weekend with a 78% clearance rate from 602 auctions. The market continues to travel at a similar rate to this time last year where there was a 75% clearance rate from 638 auctions. Read all Melbourne's property results below.

One of the most contested auctions of the weekend was at 3 Dalmont St, Highett. The four bedroom, one bathroom house saw strong competition with 26 bids during the auction and sold for $1,490,000.

A home in the coveted Balwyn High School zone has just sold for $2,961,000. The house at 35 Panoramic Rd in Balwyn North has nearly tripled in value since it was last on the market in 2000 when it sold for $1,000,000.
