Suburb records continue to be smashed across Melbourne’s metropolitan suburbs. A house at 33 Adelaide Street, Albion sold for $1,402,000 as three buyers pushed the price $150,000 above the previous house price record in the suburb.
One of the strongest results on the weekend was at 34 Balmerino Avenue, Toorak where the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated home on 650sqm sold for $6,110,000. Its price was pushed well above the $5,500,000 plus quote.

Renovated period homes continue to be popular in Northern suburbs such as Ivanhoe where a house at 15 Latham St Ivanhoe sold for $5,320,000. The house on a big 1249sqm block with a pool was renovated and had 6 bedroom and 4 bathroom accommodation and sold well above the $4,000,000 plus quote.
