Melbourne’s property market continued its strong and consistent performance with an 81% clearance rate from 868 auctions for another super Saturday weekend with 836 million dollars’ worth of property sold. One of Melbourne’s strongest auction results was the sale of 37 Mccracken Avenue, Northcote which sold for $3,670,000 after being quoted $3 million plus. The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on 524sq metres of land last sold for $1,395,000 in 2019.
