Melbourne property market seems to have found a consistent level with clearance rates now consistently around the high 60% range. The clearance rate was a consistent 69% from 610 reported auctions with over 1000 auctions scheduled.  

There is still strong demand for renovated family homes in middle Northern suburbs such as Reservoir. A house at 4 Wattle Grove sold for $1,280,000 with 5 bidders pushing it up passed the $1,050,000 price range.  


Our Buyers Advocate clients are benefiting from the market shifting from a sellers market to a buyers market. We were able to secure a property for a owner occupier business in Hillsville. We were able to purchase a property before auction at Maroondah Hwy, Healesville for $935,000 without auction competition which was well below recent commercial sales in the street.
