Melbourne’s property market survived another super Saturday test with over 1000 scheduled auctions and a 72% clearance rate from 876 reported auctions to date. The market is stronger than last year where the clearance rate was 68% from 969 auctions on the same weekend. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.    

Family homes continue to smash reserves week in and week out. A house in Rowans Road, Highett sold for $1.175 million with 4 bidders. A first home buyer had to fight off some strong competition and pay $175,000 over reserve.        


One of Melbourne’s strongest results for the weekend was a six bedroom house in Neave Street, Hawthorn East. The six bedroom property on a large 979sqm block of land sold for $5.018 million.
