Melbourne’s property market continued its consistent performance with a 76% clearance rate from 385 auctions. The clearance rate is consistently higher each weekend compared to last year where there was a 67% clearance rate from 481 auctions. Read all of Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of Melbourne’s biggest auction results over the weekend was for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom modern home in Walbundry Avenue, Balwyn north. The provincial style house on 838 sqm of land attracted interest from families and sold for $3,250,000.

Our Buyers Advocates continue to see results well over reserve at the entry level end of the market. A house in Wilmington Avenue, Hoppers Crossing sold for $741,000 with seven bidders pushing it $100,000 above the reserve price.
