2016 Festive Season Hours and Emergency

The Advantage office will be closed from the 24th December 2016 and reopen on the 3rd January 2017.

The following is classified as urgent maintenance:

  • Burst water service
  • Blocked or broken toilet system
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • Failure or breakdown of an appliance supplied by the landlord for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering
  • Failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply

If you are reporting non-urgent maintenance you can lodge your request on our website by completing the maintenance form.  Once we receive all the information we will contact the landlord for approval and advise you on turnaround times.

Owners Corporation Urgent Repairs

In the event of a common property maintenance emergency, for Owners Corporations managed by Advantage Property Consulting, please all Roscon Property Services on 1800 767 266.

If you wish to vacate your property you can download our vacate form, complete it, and lodge via fax or email.  Once this form is received we will confirm in writing of the vacate process and any outstanding rental.
