Ardeer proving to be a First Home Buyer hot spot

The median price for Ardeer has jumped from $450,000k last year to $630,000 this year with first home buyers dominating the market recently.
This property was sold to a first home buyer with the final winning bid at $645,000 after it was called on to the market at $630,000.
