As our population continues to grow the ripple effect can be seen quite obviously in suburbs such as Ardeer and Deer Park. The western and northern suburbs of Melbourne have been in very high demand as more buyers are forced to look to the middle and outer ring Melbourne suburbs to enter the marker. In the west, suburbs such as Deer Park, Albion and Ardeer are proving to be super popoular as most can't afford Sunshine or West Footscray.

In this Scott Carbine article, our Director Frank Valentic said "... They are the new Sunshines basically as people have been pushed out."

Frank attended an auction last week for 43 Poole Street which attracted a mix of investors and developers as it had a wide street frontage with a land size of 692sqm.

Ascot Vale is also proving to be popular with a recent single fronted terrace selling $130,000 over it's passed in price at auction.
