2/8 Ardoch Avenue, St Kilda East - Two bedroom art deco apartment sold for $970,000. A downsizer beat another two bidders and smashed the $810,000 reserve.
36 Laity Street, Richmond - Two bedroom Victorian terrace with no parking passed in for $960,000 on a small block with a reserve of $1,020,000.
13 Heatherglade Rise, Epping – Four bedroom modern home sold for $687,500 with three first homebuyers pushing for the keys.
11 Zimmer Court Epping - Three bedroom house on a large 680 sqm approx. block passed in and sold after auction for $602,500.
30 Abbin Avenue Bentleigh East – House on a decent sized block passed in on a vendor bid of $1.1 million with a reserve of $1.2 million .
