315 Wellington Street, Collingwood - Two bedroom Victorian style former shop that passed in at auction through our Vendor Advocacy services for $900,000 with a reserve of $927,000.
4/77 Paxton Street, Malvern East - Two bedroom townhouse with courtyard sold for $815,000 with four bidders, being mainly young first home buyers fighting for the keys.
6/15 Grandview Grove, Prahran - Two bedroom updated villa unit sold for $930,000 with three bidders pushing the price well over the $800,000 - $880,000 quote range.
