Melbourne’s property market continues to see low auction volumes during the quieter winter period with a 75% clearance rate from only 467 recorded auctions. It’s a similar market to this time last year where the clearance rate was almost identical at 74% from 473 auctions. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the biggest auction results of the weekend was the sale of an unrenovated house on a large parcel of land at 203 Osborne St in Williamstown with 6 bidders. The property sold strongly for over $600,000 above reserve. It sold for $3,900,000 with its great location near the beach and its huge parcel of land of 1071m2.
