Melbourne’s property market continued its improved performance with a 80% clearance rate from 554 reported auctions. This is well above the 71% clearance rate from 713 auctions for the same weekend last year with a 9% increase from last year’s figure. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the strongest auction results was for 63 Whatley St in Carrum where the house sold for $1,520,000. Five bidders pushed the property price $145,000 above the reserve for the five bedroom, three bathroom home that was on 1,144m2 of land.

Another one of the strongest auction results for the weekend was the sale of 10 Bowen St in Kew. The four bedroom, three bathroom renovated home sold well above its $4,200,000 plus quote with a smashing sale price of $5,356,000.
