I was looking to upsize my home and didn't want to go through the rigromal of searching. I know Frank is extremely passionate about his job and l knew l could trust Advantage. I decided to go the full service, so every Friday l would meet Frank and we'd visit about five properties to get a feel for the market. It was great as l didn't have to combat the general public with stock standard open for inspections.
Each week we would fine tune what l was after and since Frank knew every agent, he was getting the heads up before properties were even going on the market. The support of Frank on auction day was outstanding, his plan of attack text book and l secured my dream home under budget! Overall a great experience that l would recommend to anyone.
