The second last auction weekend for the year saw another consistent clearance rate of 73% from 700 auctions. The market has performed stronger than last year when the clearance rate was 68% from 978 auctions. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the biggest sales for the weekend was a house sold in Clyde Street, Glen Iris which sold for $4.59 million. The 5 bedroom 4 bathroom updated home on 697sqm attracted good interest from families.

As we end another year in the property market, we are asked our predictions on what we will see happen in the market next year and what the current market is doing. It was great being on Channel 7 news last night giving some of my insights into the current market and the sellers’ market I am expecting to see in 2024 when interest rates finally stabilise.
