Melbourne’s property market continued its consistent performance with a 75% clearance rate from 631 auctions. This was comparable to the same weekend last year where there was a 77% clearance rate from 713 auctions. Read Melbourne’s auction results below.


One of Melbourne’s strongest results was the sale of the modern home at 27 Alfred St in Kew which sold for a $7,700,000 price tag. The five bedroom, five bathroom family home with entertainer’s pool on 706 square metres of land sold for well above the $4,900,000 price that the owners paid in 2017.


Spacious townhouses are achieving strong results across Melbourne. A townhouse at 1/13 Bletchley Rd, Hughesdale sold for $1,360,500 which was a whopping $315,000 above reserve. There was seven bidders that fought it out for the spacious townhouse with a young woman winning the keys.
