The clearance rate for the Melbourne property market was consistent with 76% from 600 auctions. The market is tracking similar to last year where the same weekend saw a 75% clearance rate from 763 auctions.  Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the biggest auctions results for the weekend was the sale of 21 Kerr Cresent in Camberwell. The five bedroom, three bedroom modern home on 674m2 sold for $4,650,000.

Family homes in coveted school zones are always in strong demand. A family home at 6 Meadow Grove, Deepdene with four bedrooms, two bathroom contemporary accommodation is in the coveted Balwyn High school zone and sold strongly for $4,400,000.
