We recently rejuvenated a block of 6 units with carparks and the results were outstanding!

The rejuvenation process included rendering and painting the dated red brick exterior, a new fence, new letterboxes, new outdoor lighting and basic maintenance works.

The clients purchased this property for $299,000, completed their own internal renovations and sold for $540,000 at auction. It was a great result.
