Melbourne’s property market passed another Super Saturday test with over 1000 scheduled auctions and a clearance rate of 78% from the 880 reported auction results to date. This is similar to last year’s 74% clearance rate recorded from a similar amount of 904 auctions on the same weekend. Read all Melbourne’s auctions results below.

One of the strongest auction results for the weekend was the sale of a duplex block of two art deco apartments on one title at 82 Kerferd Rd in Albert Park. The property sold for $3,750,000 in this blue chip bayside location.

The middle northern suburbs such as Reservoir continue to be in strong demand with families. A weatherboard renovated three bedroom home at 15 Kinsale St sold for $1,515,000, well above the $1,150,000 plus price quote. Reservoir has come a long way since this property sold in 1999 for $175,000.
