Melbourne property market had its second biggest weekend for the year with 1070 auctions. Melbourne passed another super Saturday with flying colours with a 88% clearance rate. 

The auctions across Melbourne continued to see strong results as we continued to see with a renovated 3 bedroom house Crown Ave, Camberwell the Art Deco home sold for $2,620,000 which was a huge $320,000 over the top of the price guide. 

Single fronted house in Carlton North also sold well above expectations for $1,868,000 with 6 bidders pushing it over $300,000 over reserve with a young female winning the keys.
