Melbourne’s property market continues its consistent run with a 76% clearance rate from 669 auctions. The market is performing stronger than last year when the clearance rate was 70% from a similar 702 auctions. Read all Melbourne’s auction results below.

One of the biggest results for the weekend was the auction of a home in Russell Street, Surrey Hills. The 5 bedroom 2 bathroom modern family home with a pool on a large 902sqm block sold for $3.555 million.

Suburb records continue to be smashed in Melbourne’s middle suburbs. A modern family home in Barclay Close, Gladstone Park sold for $1.01 million with 6 bidders pushing it $80,000 over reserve. An upsizing family purchased the property for a new suburb record, smashing the previous record of $975,000 last year.
